Certified Medical Application:
DDiVAT is the only certified medical Smart-TV application for visual acuity testing in the EU and the USA. All other similar applications (as of 25/9/2024) are unapproved lifestyle products
Smart-TV
According to studies, television is considered the most familiar technological device for the general public. DDiVAT can be easily installed on any television via respective application stores and is operated exclusively through the television's remote control, like any other app / function
Linguistic Adaptation
DDiVAT adapts to the language of the television-set and supports populations that speak Greek, English, German, Turkish, French, Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and Bulgarian. By 2025, it will also support Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, and Chinese
Database / Artificial Intelligence Subsystem
DDiVAT’s visual acuity measurements are automatically stored in the DDARTECH secure database and they are correlated with a series of demographic and clinical data. The A.I. subsystem calculates the risk for developing visual impairment and suggests preventive measures when necessary
