DDIVAT & DDART LIFELONG LEARNING PROGRAMS
Optimal use of DDiVAT in home settings by the general public requires a fundamental level of experience in data collection. Therefore, all DDiVAT users are strongly encouraged to attend the corresponding “DDiVAT operator” lifelong learning program of the Democritus University of Thrace. The program will provide DDiVAT users all the necessary knowledge and skills in order to get the most of the DDiVAT Smart-TV application in a home setting.
On the other hand, optimal use of DDiVAT in screening initiatives, in research studies, or telemedical settings requires integrated knowledge in visual acuity data collection, in the DDiVAT/DDART database functions, and the A.I. subsystem. Therefore, all care providers and / or researchers are strongly advised to attend the “DDART certified operator” lifelong learning program of the Democritus University of Thrace.
